I have a lot of experience in supporting adults and families with Autism and ADHD, and my Nature-Based Sessions  are becoming really popular. For many people being outdoors can really help to settle the nervous system more quickly. 

The sole intention of nature-based sessions are to aid in reducing overwhelm, encourage grounding, and building a sense of stability. They are carefully blended alongside indoor sessions, and depth of work and professional boundaries are the same.

These are the different types of Anxiety I specialise in.

• Generalised AnxietyOverthinking and not feeling in control.
Social Anxiety – Intensely anxious of meeting new people or eating and drinking in public. Dreading social events or speaking in public or in groups.
Health Anxiety – Frequently worrying about your health and seeking reassurance from others about your health symptoms. Worrying that medical experts have missed something. Obsessively seeking information on the internet about a health issue.
Panic Attacks – These can happen suddenly and include intense physical sensations that can feel quite frightening. Specific situations may cause these panic attacks if you have developed certain fears or irrational thinking.
Obsessive-Compulsive Behaviour – Having upsetting and intrusive thoughts that feel difficult to ignore. Repeatedly feeling driven to act out compulsive rituals or urges to relieve anxiety.Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder – PTSD can create distressing flashbacks of traumatic events that can keep re-occurring. Causing a significant impact on your daily life.
Phobias – An overwhelming and irrational fear of a situation, place, animal or object. Causes you intense stress when faced with the source of your phobia.

HOW IT WORKS

 

The whole journey of Restoring Balance, unfolds across three carefully structured phases. Offering steady support and long-term relief from anxiety and anxiety related issues.

As a result, this allows balance to be restored gradually and sustainably.

 

The Three Phases of Restoring Balance

These three phases are seamlessly blended into each session, allowing the pace and depth of the work to support your individual needs.

  • Phase 1: Stabilisation and Regulation – In the early sessions of this phase, the focus is on understanding and settling your nervous system, becoming more grounded, and easing the body out of chronic stress.

The ‘anxiety tree’ is often made up of a number of branches. However, as you work though this first phase, you will soon be able to recognise its roots in your own situation, and discover new ways to halt overthinking and become more mindful. 

 

  • Phase 2: Exploration, Insight and Repatterning – As the work progresses, you will learn different techniques and approaches that will enable you to strengthen emotional regulation. Through exploring and understanding emotional patterns and beliefs, new positive responses will become more possible.

 

  • Phase 3: Integration, Embodiment and Resilience – The final phase focuses on integration and embodied resilience in daily life — strengthening self-trust, physical calm, and mental clarity. So, change can settle in and Anxiety no longer defines your inner landscape.
