As you become more consciously aware of your negative mind patterns, you can more easily disengage from emotion-related modes of thinking, feeling and doing, and enter a mindful mode of ‘Being’.  The Being mode in Mindfulness, helps unfold the experience in new ways, by intentionally changing the focus and style of attention.

Along with learning mindfulness techniques and methods, you will also learn additional stress reduction and coping strategies. these provide you with a range of options for responding more skilfully to Stress and the negative emotions which accompany it

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Guided-Meditation

Mindful MeditationMeditation is a simple yet powerful way to Manage Stress. There are many techniques for Meditation. It can help to calm your mind and bring inner balance, as well as strengthen your healing system, and release pent up energies. But the basic forms of guided-meditation generally involve a combination of Mindfulness and breathing exercises, and learning the ability to allow yourself to become still and silent. You are able to do this through heightening your awareness of the present moment and closing down, or ‘letting go’ of the over-active mind.

This natural Stress reduction process allows you to learn how to pay attention to your experience. It awakens your ability to notice what is going on in your mental state, your  physical form and in your immediate environment in the moment.

The benefits of Guided-Meditation are endless, if you practice a little bit every day. By integrating mindfulness techniques into your daily routine and activities, you will find yourself living more comfortably; simply existing within the present moment; taking life as it comes;  and being free from any regrets from the past or worries about the future.  When you have all of these tools in which to see your world, and the situations in your life with more clarity, you will be able to slow down more easily, to relax, be present and see, hear, feel and sense things that may even surprise you; bringing them all into harmony with your own healing system.

No matter what your experiences may be, today, or the next day, or the next week, daily mindfulness and meditation practice will determine your own restful inner silence and harmony, a process of purification and stillness that brings you a great freedom in life. Most liberating!
