Mindfulness enables you to learn how to switch out of automatic pilot. It helps you bring awareness to the present moment and is the perfect antidote to Stress Reduction. Each mindfulness technique, gives you the power to make radical shifts in how you relate to your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations.

Mindfulness allows you to discover how to be more consciously aware of your negative mind patterns. You will learn the necessary techniques for disengaging from emotion-related modes of thinking, feeling, and doing. From there, you can easily enter a more mindful mode of ‘Being’.  This Being mode in Mindfulness, helps unfold the experience in new ways, by intentionally changing the focus and style of attention.

You will be introduced to a wide range of new stress reduction and coping strategies. These provide you with many options for responding more skilfully to Stress and the negative emotions which accompany it.

Meditation is a simple yet powerful way to Manage Stress and Calm Anxiety. There are many techniques for meditation, helping to calm your mind and bring inner balance. In addition, it can really help strengthen your healing system and release pent up energies.

Guided-meditation involves a combination of Mindfulness and visualisation exercises. Helping you to discover the powerful tools within you that allow you to reach a greater level of inner peace. You are able to do this through heightening your awareness of the present moment and disengaging from, or ‘letting go’ of the over-active mind.

I have written and recorded many new Guided meditations, and individual ones tailored to your own needs. Which I provide free with your own individual programme.

This natural Stress reduction process allows you to learn how to pay attention to your experience. It awakens your ability to notice what is going on in your mental state and your physical form and your immediate environment in the moment.
