Just a message to thank you so much Cathy for helping me through the hardest year of my life and I honestly don’t know where I’d be if it wasn’t for your help and guidance, along with Mick’s support. You’ve helped me massively compared to when I first walked in to see you. You’ve given me the tools to find my way and show I have the resilience to deal with things.
