The Mental Happiness Project

We all have strengths. Mine is helping you to discover what can get you from where you are now, to where you ultimately want to be. This empowerment coaching programme supports you in being more mindful about your thoughts and feelings and how they cause you to react or respond.

Perhaps you can think of times yourself, when your brain has never seemed to shut up, or those times when you have found yourself acting in uncharacteristic, irresponsible ways, which have caused you great distress. It can often seem that during those moments, your brain is unable to resist the physical discomfort of particularly distressing problems, as it persists in repeatedly ruminating and analysing the negative situations.

But many of us forget that each of us is the master of our own Mind. Once you understand the working of the mind, and what is really happening, you can learn to face the problems head on and transform the very things which have threatened to destroy your own inner world and happiness. Progress is not just simply a matter of random choice or selection. It is about choosing to learn how to shift your thinking processes, take action towards the things that will make your life happier, and live and love from the soul.

This project is about paying attention to the process and learning how to enjoy the journey along the way. Hence why it is called The Mental Happiness Project
