Reflexology uses the principle that reflex points on the feet are connected to corresponding areas throughout the body. Illness and stress can block your energy pathways, but reflexology can aid your body’s natural healing potential to rebalance itself. By helping to remove toxins, it harmonises your whole body to promote good health and wellbeing.

Alternatively, Reflexology can also be carried out on the hands.

The Hopi people, the oldest Indian tribe passed on a deep knowledge on the use of ear candles, a natural, soothing and less invasive alternative to ear syringing.

It promotes healing and helps to balance pressure in your ears and sinuses.  Effective if you suffer from headaches, hearing problems, compacted ear wax, sinus problems and hayfever.
