(I run my busy and successful practice at The Cottage Therapy Centre. 12 New Street. Kenilworth, Warwickshire. CV8 2EZ - 07970947024 but can also make arrangements to meet clients in the North Warwickshire area if needed)

The Sessions I offer

  • A single one-to-one Relaxation Session -  After the Free Consultation of up to 1 hour, where we discuss some of the reasons regarding your inability to relax and how hypnotherapy can help you,  you are then able to register for your Relaxation Session, where you will learn the powerful and effective skills of Relaxation. This single session will last about 2 hours.....From this deep and natural state of calm, you are able to explore how to pay attention to what is going on in the mind and body in a way that puts analysis aside, and to bring about a real sense of peace and well-being. This session will be recorded, so on completion of this exercise you will have a Relaxation CD tailored to your needs, which you can take away with you and use on a daily basis, so you can transform a few minutes of every day into CALM and quiet control
  • All other Sessions will last about 90 minutes per weekly session and fees will be discussed during the Consultation, (and I always try to keep my fees fair and affordable) depending on the type and length of the therapy programme needed. Much of the ‘assessments’, involved in these sessions involve helping you verbalise, in a relaxed manner, what you are feeling at a particular point in your life or life situation, as well as what is going on in your mind at the time. I encourage you to create ‘thought diaries’, which we continue to use during each assessment, to help you discover new alternative ways of thinking. We also look at Problem Solving Exercises, which are necessary in giving clear direction in which the therapy is heading, and can therefore work towards your chosen goals, by means of identifying problems and work through feasible solutions which are achievable and comfortable to you.

Remember.....a thought comes first, and then the body responds....

so by changing the thought,  you change the response.......
